Congratulations to our friends at CommWell Health, who will be presenting at the Rural HIV Research and Training Conference in October. CommWell Health will give an oral presentation, and will also present a poster. The oral presentation is titled "A Rural Health Clinic's Approach to Building a Patient-Centered Medical Home for HIV-positive, Homeless Patients." The poster presentation is titled "The Study Coordinator's Role in a Study to Evaluate a Patient-Centered Medical Home Intervention for HIV-positive, Homeless Individuals in Rural North Carolina."
